Hi! My name is Shadow, Chinese name is 冯颖文， but who I am is beyond language, concepts or description, just as who you are is.

Welcome to my inquisitive lens to the miraculous multiverse. Here I share my humble journey to find the self, some strong affinity to nature and captures of grace's creations.

The seed of awakening was planted in my soul, and I knew it was meant to happen in this life. I was so drawn to the meaning of life, the purpose of earthly matters since a young age. The yearning was so strong and I was so stubborn! I picked up books and subjects that capture the elixir of existence - Plato, Camus, Buddhism, yogic philosophy.. I also sticked my head in many routes of sciences - hoping to find that senses of knowingness, that gratifying place of knowing.

 

But.., did we really know life by studying the dead?

So I turned to life itself, and everything is life! Everything is grace! Everything is Divine! A tree doesn't question its life purpose, or compare itself to another tree, or wanting to grow fruits in the winter. It just is a graceful expression of consciousness, or God.

"Who am I" then became the quintessential question to break free of the conditioning of this game of life.

Who am I, then? I read scriptures and wrote papers about the self. I know I am not my body, not my mind, not my conditioning, not my role, but I didn't really know, not until recently.

 

Like Mooji would say, "you have no idea what you just realized!"

What I realized is ---- if I am not my body, not my mind, then I am free of the limitations of the body, and the limitations of the mental conditionings! I am the space where the body, the mind, the limitations, the conditionings, even the awareness of all, arise from.

 

It means that the consciousness that flows through a tree is the same consciousness that breathes through you and me.
